I’m a trainer in Palm Beach. I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals and can help you too! It’s all about combining healthy eating habits with the right mindset. My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. That’s really it. Everybody is different and every body is different, so training programs are catered to my client’s individual needs. But no matter who you are or what you do, I have concrete principles that apply to everyone.


Master Trainer Patti Wilmoth has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry as a fitness educator, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor.She is certified through ACSM, NASM, and the Institute for Human Performance. Through her vast experience, her mission is to help her clients realize their personal power within to bring true positive change by committing to their health and fitness goals.

As an American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University, Stephanie Bogdan works with your body, not against it. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities make her an excellent match for individuals working through acute or chronic injuries or disease, as well as athletes wanting to supplement their sport specific practice. Stephanie has over 14 years of personal training experience and more than six years of yoga instruction as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
