Patti Wilmoth has over 20 years of experience as a Master Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. Her certifications include ACSM, NSCA, Fitness Institute International, The Institute for Human Performance as a Functional Training Specialist and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her passion is to inspire, motivate, and empower her clients through creative movement and education to achieve all things possible in their health and fitness journey.


Emily has a Personal Training certification from ACSM and is a level II certified speed specialist. In addition to these certifications, Emily has an MS in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, and Wellness Coaching. She began her fitness career in Montana working with individuals of all different skill levels. She then made her journey to Florida and began working with kids as young as 12 coaching them in running form, development, and injury prevention. Soon after she began working with the older population as a concierge personal trainer. She developed skills with working with people who may have not been able to do traditional exercises and needed assistance staying healthy and being more active at an older age. During this time she also began teaching HIIT group classes. The age groups in these classes range from 16-75 and can be altered for any fitness level. 


Emily is a life long learner and forever reading scientific journals and information about corrective exercise and advances in exercise science. She has attended numerous seminars regarding mobility and building strength. Her background in Wellness Coaching is beneficial to understanding the reasons behind changing a behavior and helping individuals create reasonable goals. 

Mandi brings over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry with a focus on fitness management & corporate wellness.

  • Bachelor of Science degree from FIU
  • Exercise Physiology with concentrations in both Cardiac Rehabilitation and Strength and Conditioning
  • In addition, she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. 

Mandi’s core philosophy towards health and well-being is based on bio-individuality and teaching others how to listen intuitively to their bodies.  Her specialty areas of interest include strength and conditioning, athletic performance, weight loss, corrective/mobility-based exercise, canine wellness and holistic nutrition with a focus on gut health and autoimmune/inflammatory conditions. 

Outside of business hours, you can find her training at the gym, meal prepping, diving deep into various subjects related to holistic human and canine wellness and spending time with her husband and “daughter,” her 10-year old bulldog.
